Alia Bhatt’s Two-and-a-Half Minute Trailer Goes Viral

Moving beyond her familiar charming smile and graceful waist movements, Alia Bhatt is set to appear in a completely different avatar in the world of spy thrillers. Glimpses of her new look were already seen in the teaser.

In the two-and-a-half-minute trailer for ‘Alpha,’ released on Wednesday (June 18), Alia appears in an entirely new form—like a hungry hyena, embodying a fierce blend of rage and beauty.

The trailer opens with a young Alia Bhatt, training as ‘Sita’ under the guidance of Bobby Deol, who plays her father. After completing her initial introduction and training, she signals her readiness to ignite, making a firm declaration to ‘burn Lanka’ herself.

This is followed by a barrage of action sequences. On screen, Alia is seen in a tough and fierce look, where her intense anger and power overshadow her beauty. Towards the end of the trailer, Hrithik Roshan is seen visibly surprised by her performance.

Alongside Alia, Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor also grab attention in the trailer. Bobby Deol appears in a destructive role, with netizens once again speculating about a surprising comeback for him after ‘Animal.’ Anil Kapoor’s character, on the other hand, bears a strong impression of gravitas and personality.

Following Bollywood trends, the film also features a cameo appearance. Continuing the tradition of big projects like ‘Pathaan,’ ‘Tiger,’ and ‘War,’ Hrithik Roshan makes a surprising appearance. However, audiences also had expectations regarding the presence of Shah Rukh Khan or Salman Khan.

In ‘Alpha,’ Sharvari Wagh plays a significant role alongside Alia, adding a different dimension to the story. Produced under the Yash Raj Films banner, the movie is set to be released in cinemas on July 3.
