Trump hints at major attack against Iran, says ‘they know what’s coming’

U.S. President Donald Trump has once again threatened strong military action against Iran. He stated that it is time for the United States to retaliate, and Iran knows that such an attack is imminent. At the same time, he hinted that the opportunity to reach an understanding through diplomatic negotiations is not yet entirely exhausted.

On Thursday (local time), while speaking with reporters in the Oval Office of the White House, Trump was asked about an explosion that occurred at Egypt’s Mediterranean port of Damietta. In response, he said that he had been informed about the matter and the situation would normalize quickly.

Subsequently, addressing the topic of Iran, Trump stated, “We will hit them very hard because it’s our turn to hit. They know it’s coming.”

Trump’s statement has rekindled concerns about the security situation in the Middle East. Recent escalations in tensions between the U.S. and Iran have also led to discussions within the international community regarding the possibility of military conflict between the two countries.
